Head teacher’s Welcome
As Head teacher I am delighted to welcome you to Burton Manor Primary School. Our mission statement ‘Reach together for Success’ summarises our commitment to bringing out the very best in each and every one of our children. We offer an excellent education within a safe, calm, creative and stimulating learning environment. We strive to make learning fun, meaningful and as relevant as possible by following a creative curriculum which builds children’s enthusiasm for learning and promotes their curiosity and interest.
We are a happy and caring school with a strong values system called the Burton Manor 5 R’s (Respect, Responsibility, Reflection, Rights and Resilience). These values permeate everything we do and underpin our whole school ethos. We consider it essential to have an ethos and atmosphere to which pupils can relate and in which they feel secure, welcomed and happy. We aim to foster a love of learning for all our children which will develop their skills, knowledge and attitudes to become lifelong learners in the future.
Our dedicated and enthusiastic staff, supported by our Governing Body, are committed to ensuring that the quality of education we provide here is the very best and that all our children ‘Reach for Success’.
